This policy explains what information Audience Target collects through audiencetarget.net, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Audience Target is a sole proprietorship owned by Shaan Ali, based in Kasur, Punjab, Pakistan. Our business address is Kacheri Chungi, Junejo Society, near Govt. Commerce College, Mohalla Haji Gagan, Kasur, Punjab 55050, Pakistan. For this website, we are the "controller" of your personal data, which means we decide how it is used.

What we collect

When you use the Book a call form, you give us:

• Your full name
• Your work email address
• What you want to automate or build (the service you choose)
• A short note about your needs (optional)
• A budget range (a rough range to help us prepare, not a price)

Our other contact forms may ask for similar details, such as your name, an email address or phone number, the service you are interested in, and a message.

When you send a form, our system also records:

• The page you sent it from, including anything in the web address after the "?" (for example, campaign tags).
• Campaign tags (UTM tags) such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term, if the link you followed had them. These are saved in hidden form fields and tell us which page, post or campaign brought you to us. Your browser keeps them in temporary session storage until you close the tab.
• The page that linked you to our site (the "referrer"), if your browser shares it.
• A one-way scrambled version (hash) of your IP address. We do not store your plain IP address with your request. Our server also keeps standard technical logs, including IP addresses, for security, and deletes them after about 35 days.
• A hidden spam-trap field. People don't see it, but bots fill it in, so we can block automated spam.

We do not ask for payment details, passwords or government ID on this site. Please don't include sensitive information in your message.

Cookies and tracking

• Security cookies (needed for the form to work): XSRF-TOKEN and audience-target-session. They protect the form against fake submissions and expire after 2 hours. They are not used for advertising.
• Analytics and advertising: As of the effective date, this website does not run Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, Google Ads tags or any other analytics or advertising tracker. If we add one, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Because we don't run trackers, our site does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals.

How we use your information

We use your information only to:

• Read your request and reply to you
• Arrange and prepare for a call with you
• Understand which pages and campaigns bring us inquiries
• Keep the website and forms safe from spam and abuse

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone so they can market to you. We do not add anyone who fills in our forms to a marketing or newsletter list. We only email you about the request you sent. If we ever start a newsletter, you will only join it by ticking a separate box that is not ticked for you.

Legal basis (UK and EU visitors)

If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, we rely on:

• Steps before a contract: you asked us to contact you about our services.
• Legitimate interests: replying to inquiries, understanding which campaigns work, and protecting our site from spam. We keep this use limited and expected.

Who we share it with

We share your information only with service providers that help us run the site and reply to you:

• Amazon Web Services (Simple Email Service, EU (Ireland) region): sends the email notification of your request to our team.
• Our hosting provider: stores the website and the database where form requests are saved. Our server is with OVHcloud in France (EU).

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

International transfers

Our email and hosting providers process your information in the EU. We are based in Pakistan and access it from there, so if you are in the UK or EU, your information will be handled outside your country. Where one of our providers transfers data outside the UK or EU, it relies on the safeguards in its data processing terms, such as the EU standard contractual clauses and, for the UK, the International Data Transfer Addendum.

How long we keep it

If you do not become a client, we keep your form request for 24 months after our last contact with you, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. If you become a client, we keep business records for 6 years, as Pakistani tax law requires. After that, we delete them. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• Correct information that is wrong
• Delete your information
• Stop or limit how we use it, or object to a use based on legitimate interests
• Send your information to you in a portable format, where this applies

To make a request, email contact@audiencetarget.net. Tell us your name and the email you used in the form so we can find your request. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We do not charge for requests. We will reply within one month.

If you are in the UK, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). If you are in the EU, you can complain to your local data protection authority. We'd appreciate the chance to sort out your concern first.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS, a security token on our forms, spam blocking, request limits and hashing of IP addresses. No website or email system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is for businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
